Golden State Warriors big man James Wiseman is about to return to the game. According to Monte Poole of NBC Sports Bay Area, the former No. 2 rookie has recently been allowed to participate in training and may return to the game before Thanksgiving.

The Warriors will have four road trips on Sunday, and Wiseman will not be with the team. Instead, he will stay and continue his personal work, and may have a melee with the Santa Cruz Warriors, the Warriors' Development League affiliate team. Once the Warriors are back in town, we can see Wiseman back on the court.

With his return coming, it will be interesting to see how the Warriors balance Wiseman's development and their fight for the top seed in the Western Conference. They had the best 10-1 start in the league without him, and it was better without him last season, when they pushed the playoffs to a low point. 

Although he is clearly a talented player, his timeline does not match the Warriors' current core of Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. At least in public, the front desk has always insisted that they do not intend to trade Wiseman. But if he is not ready to participate in the regular rotation time this season, the situation may change, and they have the opportunity to add someone who can increase their chances of winning.
