Q1:Can we get the sample for reference?
We are glad to send samples for your inspection if we have the same or similar samples in hand. To new customer, you may need to pay the sample(depends on product's value) and the express fees.When you place the order to us , we will refund you .
And if you want us to make the same sample as you required , which you may need to send us the original sample and the sampling charge, when you place a order of bulk production , we will refund this charge to you.
Q2:How long will be my goods ready for shipment ?
Different specification products with different quantity ordered, the time of delivery is different, .As usual, it will take 15-25 work days.
Q3:How about your MOQ?
500pcs / design , but to our first cooperation ,we can provide min trial order for you , let me know your qty request
Q4: How soon can I get a price quote?
We will quote you a best price within 3 days normally. If many items and special requirement, will take 5days.
Q5: What is your terms of payment?
T/T or L/C at sight.
Q6: How to confirm the quality before order ?
We could send you sample which we are available for your checking. Or sending your samples to us, then we will make the counter sample for your approval before order.
Q7: How to solve the quality problems after sales?
(1) Take photos of the problems and send to us.
(2) Take videos of the problems and send to us.
(3) Send back the defective products to us if neccessory.
After we comfirm the problems, will give you the answer within 7 days.

Chensheng Times is a garments production and trading company which is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, meanwhile we have our own factory located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.
Our main business can be divided into two parts:
1. OEM&ODM garments business: our factory has more than 20 years experience on producing jackets, hoodies, sports wear and swimming wear. We have ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:1996 certifications, and we also passed the BSCI, PRIMART,WCA,GSV,WRAP,Walmart certifications.
2. Stock garments business: we buy and sale all kinds stock garments: down jacket, cotton jackets, hoodies and so on. Although it is stock, we can do rework with customer's logo/labels/packing request, and we have QC to inspect the goods to ensure the quality.
