Fans of Savannah Chrisley know that she is not afraid to go to the gym. The founder of Sassy by Savannah regularly posts clips of her exercises in her Instagram stories. Throughout the summer, Savannah shared on her Instagram that anyone can have a beach figure. Unfortunately, her advice is not an unknown secret. Todd Chrisley’s daughter’s beach figure system is two simple steps. First, "have a body." Second, "go to the beach."
Fans who follow the former beauty queen know that Savannah Chrisley has many ways to exercise. One day, you may see her taekwondo. Next, she might wear a weighted vest for a walk. The TV show Ace previously reported that Savannah had a small accident while exercising in a weighted vest. It all started when she accidentally drank all the water before she planned to walk 5 miles in weather above 99 degrees.
Now, Savannah Chrisley shows her recent exercise. The southern beauty wears a black sports bra and tights while lifting heavy objects with her hands. So why does Chrisley Knows Best star exercise? According to Survivor Wiki, when Libby was a player, her profession was listed as a "social media strategist."
