Kristin Cavallari showcased her toned midriff as she dived into the Friday mood in a photo she shared on her Instagram story. 

The reality star, 35, donned a sports bra and fitted leggings and snapped a selfie during a break between her fitness routine. 

The blonde beauty has dealt with a few life changes, such as her divorce from Jay Cutler, and recently opening up about her 'weight gain.'

The Hills star shared a snap on her Instagram story of herself taking a quick mirror selfie as she exercised at a gym. 

The mom of three donned a white sports bra with thin straps, showing off her toned abs and slim waist. 

Kristin added a pair of brown-colored leggings that clung to her fit, long legs. She added a pair of white sneakers to wear as she worked out.

The best-selling author threw her hair up in a high ponytail to keep strands from falling onto her face. 

She opted for little to no makeup since she built up a sweat while completing fitness routines. 

Kristin recently opened up to Insider about her weight gain and the importance of spreading positivity about gaining weight on social media.

Motivation: The author and mom of three will sometimes share motivational and inspirational fitness photos with her followers 

She discussed how at her age and after having three children, she doesn't want to feel 'ashamed' for showing off her body. 

'I've gained a lot of muscle weight. I work really hard on my body and I think that's something to celebrate, not something to be ashamed of,' she explained. 

The Laguna Beach star also talked about she is worried for her daughter and the effect social media can have on body image. 

'I have a daughter and I think it's very difficult now for everybody, but especially girls growing up and looking at social media,' she added. 'This idea of body image is just so warped.'

Kristin married former Chicago Bears quarterback, Jay Cutler, in 2015. However, five years later in 2020, the two decided to split and file for divorce. 

Due to financial situations, the process of divorcing was put on pause in 2021. As of June 2022, the two have officially been divorced after reaching a settlement. They will still co-parent their three kids. 

A source stated to Us Weekly at the time of the divorce that the two exes, 'fell out of love and grew apart.'  

According to the publication, Jay stated on his podcast called Uncut, that, 'When the settlement came through, I threw a party.' He added in explanation that, 'I don’t recommend divorce for anybody,' but that it was the best for Kristen and himself.
